I genuinely have no desire to comment further, especially when I’m trying to take a break from this platform. But Siddhant’s approach is hardly surprising. He appears to come from the same ideological school that reflexively finds fault with anything remotely positive about Indian culture, Hinduism or India itself. The familiar tendency to undermine Indian cinema, even when it attempts something culturally significant, is on full display. To be absolutely clear, I am not commenting on whether the film is good or bad. We will find that out for ourselves when it releases. My point is entirely about the credibility of the critic and the platform publishing his review. In my assessment, both Siddhant and IGN have forfeited whatever credibility they might have commanded. A platform that consistently publishes such rubbish reviews deserves to be treated with the contempt it has earned. ABSOLUTE 0 CREDIBILITY #Ramayana
