By far Trumpโ€™s biggest accomplishmentโ€ฆ After 4 straight years of record-breaking illegal immigration, we now have the fewest border crossings in 50+ years. Stopped cold. It was done on purpose.

Fantastic piece from @Chris_arnade on what tolerating anti-social behavior does to our public spaces: "Itโ€™s a primary reason why we shy away from dense walkable spaces and instead move towards suburban sprawl. People in the U.S. donโ€™t respect, trust, or want to be around other random citizens, out of fear and disgust. Japanese/European style urbanismโ€”density, fantastic public transport, mixed-use zoning, that so many American tourists admireโ€”can't happen here because there is a fine line between vibrant streets and squalid ones, and that line is public trust. The U.S. is on the wrong side of it. Simply put, nobody wants to be accosted by a stranger, no matter how infrequent, and until that risk is close to nil, people will continue edging towards isolated living. It is why we โ€œcanโ€™t have nice thingsโ€ because we have to construct our infrastructure to be asshole-proof, and so we donโ€™t build anything or build with a fortress mentality, stripping our public spaces down to the austere and utilitarian, emptying them of anything that can be vandalized."

Starting today, I'm going to give the world a first hand view of what it is like to own, operate and grow a small manufacturing business. Beginning with this picture. This is a picture of my not-so-glamorous shop in northern Illinois. It's also the reality of thousands of other small machine shops across the country. Mostly older machines (newest 2019), less organized and dirtier than I aim for. I've worked here since I was 13, ran it since I was 24 and owned it since I was 26. Iโ€™m 32 now. Iโ€™ve been considered an old soul and have always kept it real, but what I am about to do scares me. See, my Opa started this company in 1977 and he always wanted to break $1M in revenue. To celebrate him and the 50th anniversary of Center Tool Company Iโ€™m going to do it. I will double our revenue AND do it publicly. We are on target for $500k in โ€™26 (pretty much been 500-800k since 1977, very unspectacular) In โ€™27 we will break a MIL. In the grand scheme of things that's pretty small, but it could be entertaining to ride along on the journey. Iโ€™m going to show basically every aspect of what I know and how I do things. I will post about stuff and include actual screen shots, pictures, statements, and documents. Maybe some videos of day in the life or the joys of defense contracting... Iโ€™ll break down the inner workings of not just turning raw metal into finished tooling or parts, but also working with customers, banks, lawyers, the government, family/business and family-business dynamics, personal/business finances, and raising a young family through this. What do you want to know and/or what I am doing wrong? Comment or DM America sits at the precipice of reindustrialization. We have a monumental opportunity in front of us. Itโ€™s time to burn the ships and go all in. Bringing manufacturing back to our country could return a healthy middle class and economic boom across small town America - where I live.

You asked for it. Here it is. My list of Lake markets which I think will see the highest foreclosure rates over the next 2-3 years: 1) Deep Creek Lake, MD 2) Lake of the Ozarks, MO 3) Lake Travis, TX 4) Big Bear Lake, CA 5) Lake Lanier, GA 6) Lake Anna, VA 7) Smith Mountain Lake, VA 8) Lake Havasu, AZ 9) Lake Chelan, WA 10) Lake Murray, SC 11) Lake Gaston, NC/VA 12) Table Lake Rock, MO 13) Lake Keowee, SC 14) Flathead Lake, MT 15) Lake Cumberland, KY As I dove into every lake market you can imagine, the above had a noticeable spike in properties being bought and turned into Airbnb's. Those who bought pre-2020 or those who bought post 2020 but managed to catch a low FIXED interest rate on their debt "should" be fine in the above markets, as long as they didn't lever up and go crazy. But, those who got a dose of FOMO and purchased from late 2021 to 2025 and thought they'd ride that AirBnb train into financial freedom are about to feel some pain. This write up will be at Bowtiedbroke.Substack.Com and will be free for all to read as I think this foreclosure topic in certain markets is an important one. There was a little delay in publishing it, but I wanted to make sure I had a lot of data to support my thesis. I've assigned a risk score to each location with this write up so you can see just how strong the data is which supports a potentially big hit to the particular housing around these lakes, mainly from Airbnb speculators not being able to make their monthly mortgage payments. If the STR owners start to bail, that will more than likely cascade to other properties and could pull down prices quite a bit. Still adding a few more details to the newsletter and tweaking my risk scores a little, but the full write up for this should be dropped tonight or early tomorrow. Keep an eye on your inboxes, this one will hit shortly.
Here is my personal list of vacation markets that I think are going to see the highest Foreclosure rates over next 2-3 years: 1) Broken Bow, OK 2) Blue Ridge, GA 3) Elijay, GA 4) Maggie Valley, NC 5) Helen, GA 6) Beech Mtn, NC 7) Mineral Bluff/Cherry Log, GA 8) Eureka Springs, AR 9) McCall, ID 10) Sisters, OR 11) Sandpoint, ID 12) Payson/White Mtns, AZ 13) Whitefish, MT 14) Lake of Ozarks, MO 15) Leavenworth, WA Many of these were "Second home/family vacation cabin" markets before Covid. Then the lockdown caused a flood of AirBnB speculators in many small towns. That caused prices to skyrocket and a lot of FOMO buyers to jump on the "AirBnB is passive income" train from 2022 - 2025. I am already seeing quite a few foreclosures go all the way to fruition in some of the above towns (the process usually takes 1 - 2 years from the date of the last mortgage payment by the owner). I go into details of each of these towns in my Newsletter I'm releasing today. In the next hour, I'll be dropping it at Bowtiedbroke.substack.com where I break down a specific foreclosure in one of the above towns so you know how to spot them and how they progress along the path of: 1) Last Made Mortgage Payment 2) Short Sale Attempt 3) Foreclosure paperwork 4) Actual Default Foreclosure 5) Bank Asset Manager 6) Sale of Property by bank Today's write up will be wide open to everyone (because I feel this a very important topic to know/learn about in the next few years). If you've ever wondered what the Foreclosure process looks like and want to know more about what happened in the above towns, you will want to read it.

Pretty obvious what's going on with Dr. Fauci and by extension the entire Deep State bureaucracy. They have constructed for themselves a fantasy world where they heap praise on each other and receive continuous validation through awards, grants, and media interviews. All you have to do is attend the right universities and give the right people grant money. If some of that money happens to be dangerous viral research in China? Well, why wouldn't you want to build international relations plus prevent a future Thirteen Monkeys? They are never guilty because accountability does not exist in this fantasy system, only accolades. They get the thrill of validation every time they make an impact in the real world, such as shutting down schools or churches. Your suffering does not register to them, because you do not register to them unless you have an award, publicity, degree, or money to offer them.
With Dr. Anthony Fauci back in the news and testifying before @RandPaul's committee, recall this investigation we did. Project Veritas obtained never-before-seen Dept of Defense documents regarding gain-of-function research, the concealment of documents, and the suppression of potential COVID-19 treatments. According to Project Veritas' 2022 reporting, the documents contradicted Dr. Fauci's testimony before Congress. According to the documents, the Dept of Defense rejected EcoHealth Alliance's proposed coronavirus research because it was deemed "too dangerous" and "too close" to violating the gain-of-function research moratorium. According to the documents, the research later proceeded through NIAID under Dr. Fauci's leadership.

I asked him about all the technical and Fibonacci levels that traders post every day on X. He told me something very simple: โ€œDo you really think the algorithms are not aware of these levels?โ€ When thousands of traders watch the same support level, many of them place their stop losses in almost the same place, usually slightly below it. The algorithms do not need to believe that the Fibonacci level has any magical meaning. They only need to understand where the orders are likely sitting. As the price approaches the level, algorithms can anticipate the selling. Once the level breaks, stop losses are triggered, traders are forced out, and even more selling enters the market. After that selling is exhausted, the same algorithms can buy into the liquidity and the price may quickly bounce back. This is why the price so often falls slightly below the โ€œperfectโ€ technical level, stops everyone out, and then reverses. It does not necessarily mean that one fund is controlling the market or illegally manipulating the price. It simply means that obvious levels create predictable human behavior, and quantitative funds are very good at taking advantage of predictable behavior.
