Nothing of this matters if your title sucks

It doesn’t matter what your thumbnail looks like if YouTube don’t even show it to your subscribers 🤷‍♂️

I think creators need to stop AI generating thumbnails. It makes everything on YouTube look like AI slop. I'm actually thinking about making my thumbnails basic just to stand out. 🤣

so much to learn but it's really fun and great tools. YT by far is the best platform to upload and manage your content I have been testing them all. TY YouTube.

Most thumbnails fail this test. They look fine on a laptop and turn into a blur once they shrink to a phone. If the text or the main face is not readable at that size, the click never happens.

I wish the algorithm was fixed. I can upload the same content to Facebook or TikTok and get 1000s of views but only 10 on YouTube.

Spot on. Most creators ignore how important it is for the text on their thumbnails to be legible

How much thumbnail effects the algorithm? Even the video is of high quality? Does the thumbnail alone cans degrade your whole video ?

You’re shrinking the amount of channels on your platform by having your ai falsely terminate them and your support refusing to listen or help.

Personally I just zoom out my canvas when I draw my thumbnails and hope for the best.

All this 💩 is worth nothing as long as @YouTube is shadow banning content for no reason. 85k subs but only 77 views? 🤬🤬 YouTube!

We should all be designing for mobile first and TV second now

Hi team @YouTubeCreators @TeamYouTube post original Quran recitation videos 3-5 mins 3x/week with strong backend SEO. How does the algorithm process this type of evergreen content and what is the typical timeframe metrics for videos to gain traction or go viral? Thanks

I'd add one step. Put your shrunk thumbnail next to 5 competitor thumbnails in your niche and look for 3 seconds. If yours isn't the first one your eye lands on, change it before you post. 6-7% CTR is the number to aim for.

First, fix your AI moderation system, which is wrongfully demonetizing and terminating our channels.
