i was just asked about this on ao3, and i think it’s a fair question, so i wanted to address it here as well: NONE OF MY FICS ARE ABANDONED. i know it’s been a long time since i last updated some of my major works and i understand why it might seem that way, but i promise that’s not the case at all. it might take me a while to post an update, but that doesn’t mean i’ve given up on any of my stories. i need time to think things through and figure out how i want to approach each update. tbh, as much as my own slowness frustrates me sometimes, i do enjoy taking my time with my writing. i believe my work is at its best when i don’t rush myself, and i’d much rather take longer to update than post something i’m not happy with or end up regretting later. so, please don’t worry! i haven’t forgotten about any of my stories; i still intend to finish them. AND YES, i still intend to write more fics and share some of the fic ideas i’ve been developing for months and even some for over a year! i have so many things i want to write, and i’m excited to share them with you when the time comes. even after everything that’s happened, i have no intention of leaving; i just need a little more time to get there :)) thank you for being patient with me!
