Honestly, I’m extremely frustrated and confused by this situation. Roblox has acknowledged that mistakes have been made with its moderation systems, yet innocent players like myself are still having their appeals denied. My account was permanently banned under the reason "Other" because Roblox claims my account is linked to another account (@ro*****) that was banned for a severe violation of the Community Standards. The moderator note states that only the banned account can appeal the original violation and that I should appeal if the two accounts shouldn't be linked. However, what happens when the accounts genuinely have no connection, or Roblox's system has incorrectly linked them? Why am I being punished for another account's alleged violations when I have not committed those offences myself? I've attempted to appeal, but my appeals continue to be rejected despite Roblox acknowledging that its moderation systems can make mistakes. If Roblox knows that innocent users have been wrongfully banned, why aren't previously affected accounts being reviewed and reinstated? It's unfair to acknowledge a mistake while leaving innocent players permanently banned with no real solution. We deserve more than automated appeal denials. We deserve proper investigations, accountability, transparency, and most importantly, our accounts back.
