So this government’s new #IR35 legislation takes someone from once generating significant amounts of Corp Tax, VAT & Income Tax, to now earning nothing at all and needing to go on Universal Credit.

There is no doubt that the government will be forced, one way or another, to listen to the Loan Charge Army and its cohorts in Parliament.
This issue concerns far more than HMRC, tax, or retrospective legislation. It is as massive an issue as Slavery & the Repeal of the Corn Laws
