grok in xchat is a game-changer for multiplayer AI you really should try it out, it elevates any groupchat experience - whether it's your fantasy chat with your boys or your family chat - by several notches! some of my favorite features: - ask grok to draw pictures/make videos in the chat - ask grok to back you up in debates in real time - ask grok to roast your friend you'll notice that it behaves like a human, chiming in when it's supposed to and reacting to certain messages as a normal user would. i really enjoyed contributing to this, great job @santiagomed, @skunichi, and the rest of the xchat team! our product teams are insanely cracked 🚢

we trained @physical_int π 0.7 to aim + shoot guns and draw pictures with bullets last weekend, me, @VineethSendil, and @yuvrajlakh got third at the @ActorLabs x @physical_int hardware AI hackathon here's how we did it 🧵

we then teleopped a few hours' worth of videos, manually aiming and shooting the gun at a square on the grid. we set up a training UI to make our lives easier, complete with a crosshair overlaid on the camera output stream + a rollout viewer to inspect our data frame-by-frame (data quality is of the utmost importance!) we uploaded all of this data to @physical_int 's new fine-tuning dashboard and generated a few checkpoints overnight while we caught up on sleep. their dashboard is an amazing product and interfaces very well with their SDK; special thanks to @ckkuchi for his help here!

in the end, the demo was a success. special thanks to @laneburgett, @QuanVng, and all the other wonderful folks and judges affiliated with actor/PI that we met. it was a lot of fun to combine our long-lost love of tinkering with electronics and having nerf battles with our knowledge of VLAs, policy fine-tuning, and engineering! p.s. thanks for letting us take the gun home, we've had a lot of fun with it

Today we’re launching America.gov, a single front door to the federal government. Instead of opening a bunch of tabs across different agency sites and trying to figure out which information actually matters to you, you can ask America a question and get the relevant answer from across 29,000+ official government websites, with the source and what to do next.

99% of my time these days is spent on cursor, grok, and X. i only open instagram when i post a reel or for an occasional late night scroll. all other apps have fallen into obscurity for me.
