DEAR MUSLIMS:
You can live your life the way you want.
You can practise your Islam.
You can eat your halal food.
You can pray five times a day.
You can wear your hijab, grow your beard and fast.
Nobody should stop you.
But don't force your Islam on anyone. Don't threaten people who disagree with you. Don't make religion a condition for living in peace.
Islam will not enter every home. And you must learn to live with that.

Shaykh ʿAbd ar-Raḥmān al-Jabartī al-Miṣrī said about the Ottoman army:
“Most of them did not fast during Ramaḍān, and they were not known to have any religion by which they practised or any way of life which they followed. They were libertines; the easiest things for them were taking a life, seizing the property of others, and disobeying their elders and their emirs. They were even more wicked than that. May Allāh cut off their very last remnant.”
Al-Jabartī also testified that Turkish soldiers would harass women in the market squares of Cairo and abduct them from the streets.

Do not speak on what you do not know. He is a socialist who believes in LGBTQ rights. He is a disbeliever, and whoever does not takfīr him after knowing his reality also falls into disbelief.
