I have said this before and I will say it again- laut kita ada banyak lagi ikan yang jauh lebih baik daripada salmon yang sering dimomokkan lebih superior. Ikan kembong adalah jauh lebih baik daripada salmon. Dahlah salmon kat supermarket tu yang ternak. Promote lah ikan tempatan

One patient did surgery and expected to be in the worst pain yet the pain never came since day 1. Another expected a swollen face and jaw pain like the last surgery she had, but doesn’t experience any of those. Alhamdulillah for the skill you lend me Ya Rabb. 🥹

Update: technician takes the initiative to redo everything again rather than fixing from the current ones & he bares the cost. He said “its okay Dr takyah pening pening” IS MY TECHNICIAN HERE???
