A global settlement network requires great scale and reliability and @0xPolygon continues to lead the way with the Giugliano hardfork. So far we're seeing: * ~1.5s faster finality, allowing even our highest throughput platforms like @Polymarket to confirm transactions meaningfully faster. * 2x to 3x more execution headroom thanks to a new prefetch mechanism that greatly increased our processing capacity. * Better fee estimation inputs for tooling. Based on the observed gains, the capacity unlocked by Giugliano points to a potential TPS range around ~7.7k to ~8.9k (~325M to ~372M gas). More: polygon.technology/blog/giug…
