Everyone complains about America being such a terrible place. But if you want it to stop being so terrible, stop being terrible people.

I’ve noticed parents who actually had successful sports careers are usually the quietest at games. They let their kids play and coaches coach. The loudest parents are often trying to live the career they never had through their kids. Let the kids have THEIR journey.

Your hourglass is already running. ⏳
One day, the practices, games, bus rides, teammates, and grind are gone.
Don’t take it for granted.
Cherish the reps.
Embrace the hard.
Be where your feet are.
Make today your masterpiece.

This behavior is destroying youth sports!
Uneducated idiots running their mouths at a youth baseball game just ruined the experience for everyone in attendance.
The funny thing is that they will blame the umpire making $50 bucks!
What happens when there aren’t enough umpires to go around?

The best coaches aren’t the ones that have the most talented players, they are the ones that can maximize the potential talent of the players they have…
AND teach the intricacies of the game that often go unnoticed, but play a huge role in teaching the players how to WIN.
