Can you imagine? The @Hceres_ costs taxpayers over €30M/year. Each lab evaluation costs €11K, institutions €33-50K. The Cour des Comptes (Court of Auditors) states: "No precise cost tracking, no real effort to control steadily increasing expenses since its creation." Insane!
