ALT Five key concepts in the Socio-Cognitive Framework for Personal Health Informatics. Aspirations are represented using a light bulb icon. Data Exposure is represented using an icon of a bar chart with three rectangular bars. Stories are represented using an icon of a speech bubble with a wave inside it. Belongingness is represented as an icon of a stick figure raising the right hand to express welcome. Impediments are represented using an icon of a hand giving a stop figure.

ALT A picture of me with my advisors and committee members. After I was told that my defense had been successful, the question arose of how we could quickly take a formal (non-selfie) picture of my committee and me. I quickly walked to the hallway to see if there was anyone around who could take the picture, and stumbled upon a guy walking back from his lunch break, lunchbox in hand. Me (still in shock): "Hey, uh, I just successfully, uh, defended my dissertation...can you take a picture of me with my committee?" Him (with furrowed brow): "Hmm...yes, yes I do think I can." And then after a pause, with him deep in thought, he sprinted off into the distance. Me: "Wait, where are you going?! Could you take the picture?" Him: "Don't worry! This is my job! I'm getting my professional camera!" Thank you to JP Popham, a professional photographer for GT's College of Computing, who I happened to bump into. You certainly had more energy (and a better quality camera) than I did in that moment.

ALT A collage of two images. On the left is the screenshot of the first page of our paper showing the title: "Better to Ask in English: Cross-Lingual Evaluation of Large Language Models for Healthcare Queries," along with the author names. On the right is a cartoon of a llama doctor in a consultation room, wearing glasses and a doctor's coat. The llama is speaking to a patient who seems to be explaining something. The llama's speech bubble reads, 'I'm sorry, can you say that in English?'
