I learnt two things from this video.
1. It's so easy to be a pundit than to be an actual coach. You just say anything that comes out of your head, just like we fans do. We just talk anyhow and act like we know better than those in the hot seat.

2. People managing clubs sometimes deliberately initiate the failures of coaches. These coaches just don't talk enough when they are still in the job. You didn't give the materials someone you recruited to build for you wanted , but you rather relieve him of his duties after giving him inferior materials.
