🚨 I FOUND ANOTHER H-1B COMPANY THAT I THINK THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR NEEDS TO LOOK AT. Meet MindQ Inc. From FY2020 through FY2026 Q3, I found 60 H-1B LCA filings associated with MindQ. What caught my attention was the NJ employer address used in federal records: 1306 Cheryl Drive, Iselin, NJ This isn’t an office building. It’s a residential complex made up of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Then I started digging into the company itself, and the numbers raised even more questions. One federal PERM record reported MindQ had just 6 employees. Current immigration-data sources report approximately 12 employees. But MindQ’s LinkedIn page represents its company size as: 🚨 51–200 EMPLOYEES So how many people actually work for MindQ? Then I followed the H-1B workers. One filing shows a MindQ-sponsored worker placed at Plymouth Rock Assurance in Boston. Another lists a residential Massachusetts worksite with the secondary entity identified as “Work From Home.” MindQ itself says it places IT professionals with clients across the United States. But here’s where I think this becomes especially worthy of scrutiny. MindQ has also been pursuing permanent green-card sponsorship through PERM. Public DOL-derived records show 11 decided PERM cases, all 11 certified, with additional cases pending in 2026. I also found a MindQ recruitment ad for Lead Software Developers paying $178,131, stating “Multiple Positions Available” and requiring workers to travel or relocate throughout the country for assignments at CLIENT SITES. Meanwhile, MindQ has publicly advertised other IT openings as: “ALL of them are contractual.” I’m not claiming those contractual openings are the same jobs involved in its PERM cases. I’m saying @USDOL should find out. Because I think there are some very basic questions that need answers: How many employees did MindQ actually have? What do its payroll, W-2s and 941s show? Where did its H-1B workers actually work and for which clients? What permanent positions were being sponsored through PERM? How many American workers applied for those jobs, and why weren’t they hired? And do the employee counts, worksites, client relationships and permanent job opportunities represented in the immigration process match the underlying records? A residential apartment address. 6 employees reported in one federal record. 12 reported by current immigration-data sources. 51–200 represented on LinkedIn. 60 H-1B LCAs in my dataset. Third-party client placements. 11 certified PERMs. More PERMs pending. None of those facts alone proves wrongdoing.
