What an experience during the PBT Cleveland Championship Tournament! 6.0 IP, 11Ks with 6 of them IN A ROW 🔥, 3 scored runs in the first, lights out from there. Here are my favorite Ks on the day!

Tee work is a waste of time.
Flips are a waste of time.
Easy, “money” BP is a waste of time.
Talking about the appearance of hitter’s hip/shoulder/foot/hands is a waste of time.
We sure do waste a TON of time in hitting development…
Find you a coach who won’t waste time. ✅

Incredibly attainable with an average consistent effort.
Players
Don't let the weak sheep tell you baseball players shouldn't bench.
They're the same folks that think a mile is distance running.
🚨👇
The difference between winning and losing.
Are you playing like a winner vs the equal and or better?
Are you preparing like a winner?
Do you have enough competitiveness-moxie-feel and toughness to perform vs the equal or better?
Do you know what heightened awareness is in game defining moments.
Do you have extra gears?
Do your teammates believe in you?
Do your teammates trust you?
Do your teammates want you to decide the game in game defining moments?

Players
Are you really trying to be the most physical, most athletic, best version of yourself?
You, your teammates and coaches deserve it.

No baseball player ever got physically strong and had buyer's remorse.
None said, damn I wish I wasn't so damn strong and physical.
But there are 1000's that end their career and realize they weren't strong-physical enough.
Your Choice.
You do You.

Brady Pavlak puts on a show with a ton of great shots! Smooth-swinging lefty who’s always on base and never an easy out.

Silas Kyle’s speed speaks for itself. A dynamic outfielder and leadoff hitter who stole 26 stolen bases this past summer.
