Our country towns are failing young people. The young people have either left for the city, or are on welfare, NDIS or unemployed. The governments migration VISA scam mandates that migrants must work regional as a way to advance towards citizenship. This undercuts and culturally drowns out locals from both working and ownership. Meanwhile boomers get entertained while forfeiting the future of their town.
Scott has real alternatives to the corrupt VISA system and believes that Australian youth, particularly young men, do not have the cultural and political conditions to thrive. I agree.
