Replying to @patentlyo
100% yes! Patent law provides "the right to exclude others from making, using, offering for sale, or selling the invention." The eBay case took away that right in most cases.

Yes. "The 'inventive concept' barrier to patent eligibility, which isn’t supported by Supreme Court precedent, 'is causing substantial harm to inventors and innovators' and America’s innovation economy. ipwatchdog.com/2022/03/07/ju…

Thanks @ipwatchdog for inviting us to participate in the PTAB Masters conference. We had a great panel discussion about whether discretionary denials are still being granted, particularly in Texas. Short answer: not really. ipwatchdog.com/2022/01/25/da…

Yes! "Big Tech’s patent troll narrative is a Big Tech lie. It positions the argument backwards such that the cause of the litigation is the patent and not the theft." ipwatchdog.com/2022/01/07/bi…

So true! “Patents are now a part of a ‘David and Goliath’ system stacked against the small inventor....I’ve worked with big companies and watched efficient infringement happen and have seen my technology knocked-off.” bit.ly/3pZ2cLu
“Weak #IP laws only reduce the ability of innovative companies, such as startups, to compete with #BigTech, and so enable Big Tech to get even bigger.” - @ArvinPatel in @ipwatchdog #PatentsMatter ipwatchdog.com/2021/12/13/po…

While foolish to pretend that there are not bad actors who are patent owners, implementers have successfully managed to convince Congress and journalists that the term patent troll is synonymous with patent owner, which is as ludicrous as it sounds. Amen! bit.ly/3qj1Gqm

#BigTech proposals to undo recent PTAB reforms would make it easier for Big Tech to crush smaller competitors. They would also help China’s ZTE and Huawei, who are also among the top PTAB users. #PatentsMatter
