When @astro_reid was a senior at Dulaney High School, the caption under his yearbook photo began with the words “FUTURE PLANS: Fly high.” Tonight, he’s commanding NASA’s Artemis II—the first crewed mission to fly around the moon in over 50 years. We’re so proud to be cheering him and his crew on from Baltimore County. We know @BaltCoPS is especially proud! 🚀🌓

Effective January 1, 2026, the Tripoli Rocketry Association will allow liquid rocket motors at launches! Years of hard work, demonstration, and collaboration have culminated in this monumental achievement. We are proud to have been a part of the journey. tripoli.org/content.aspx?pag…

Great liftoff shot from @bean7452
Finally back from BALLS, where I flew "Everlasting Headache" - 54mm minimum diameter - Aerotech K1275 - 3D printed aluminum grid fins It went to about 7,000 ft (altimeters reported ~11k due to some weirdness). No idea on velocity, but the sim was saying mach 1.6 ish.

This was the first time I flew a liquid without any of my own cameras (the L3 killed my GoPro battery). Thanks to @bean7452 for getting some great pics!
