nothing scarier than giving an agent a blank prompt and hoping it figures out what you meant
so we made lots of templates that already work - you still tweak them, but you're editing something good instead of guessing
No tricks, just treats. 🎃
Writing an agent from scratch is the scary part. So start from a Tembo template instead:
- Turn Linear issues into PRs
- Fix new Sentry errors before they haunt you
- Keep docs up to date
Tweak it for your repos and go.

Don't get spooked by your VM bill this Halloween. 🎃
We built our own sandbox infrastructure, so Tembo VMs cost 20% less than E2B and Daytona.
- From $0.11/hour
- Up to 32 vCPUs and 128 GiB of RAM
- Billed by the second, nothing while stopped

i hadn't even heard of ollie until today, and that's the sad reality
so many great products will die simply because not enough people know they exist
founders spend so much time thinking about what to build and nowhere near enough time thinking about how to get it in front of people
and by the time people finally hear about you, they're already comparing you to the bigger names everyone knows
the longer you wait to figure out distribution, the harder it gets
This is a painful post to share. Today we’re announcing that we’re shutting down @heyollieai on November 6.
I’m really proud of what we accomplished. We built an incredible personal assistant with a small team, and learned a ton. I’m grateful to our amazing team, our users, our investors, and everyone who supported us on this journey.
We got close, but ultimately couldn't keep up. With Muse, Instinct, and others entering the space, it became harder to stand out, grow, and raise the capital we needed to succeed.
I’ll share more lessons and thoughts in the coming weeks as the emotions become less raw.

most meetings could've been a slack message
most slack threads could've been a 3 line doc

the housing market in oslo is cooked right now
if you want anything remotely modern and central, you're looking at $3k–3.5k+ a month in rent for a tiny apartment

i have an idea for a touch device, but we’re gonna have to remove the keyboard component and make the screen a little more portable
