The sanctity of marriage is worth fighting for.
A conservative legal group has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a Virginia pastor aimed at stopping a proposed state amendment that would redefine marriage in the Virginia Constitution. billygraham.org/decision-mag…

These Virginia pastors are fulfilling their duties to God, church, and country. Amendments 1 & 2 would write the killing of children and the redefinition of marriage into the Constitution. They expose it, tear it down, and tell their people to vote NO. Francis Schaeffer said every abortion mill should hang a banner: “Open by permission of the church.” Update that. Hang one over every capital that still murders babies and rewrites marriage: “Pagan by permission of the church.” Pastors, if your people are voting on life and marriage this week, your pulpit should not remain silent. Faithfully preach the Word. Pray for God's mercy on Virginia. Vote!

Churches of Virginia, let us set apart this Election Day as a day of prayer and fasting. Pray that these amendments would be defeated and that the Lord would have mercy on our Commonwealth.
Religious leaders across Virginia are urging voters to reject three proposed constitutional amendments, including measures on abortion and same-sex marriage. Some churches plan to pray and fast on Election Day, while more than 430 church leaders have signed an open letter opposing the changes. With Virginia voters set to decide the amendments Nov. 3, opponents also question whether lawmakers followed the proper procedures to put them on the ballot. dailysignal.com/2026/10/29/o…

There was a shooting outside of the Republican Party of Virginia HQ in Richmond. No staff was injured, a person was shot outside the building and brought inside, but RPV Chair Jeff Ryer says to the best of his knowledge the shooting had nothing to do with RPV.

These are not merely constitutional amendments, they are a repudiation of Genesis 1 first principles. Be a dam against the insanity. Vote NO.
If every Christian pastor in every church across Virginia took time in the pulpit this Sunday to: 1) Inform their congregation about the truly evil nature of Amendments 1 & 2 2) Instructed their members to vote NO 3) Exhorted every member to go vote These amendments would lose

Question 2 has nothing to do with protecting same-sex marriage — it is already protected by the US Supreme Court. But the question does have everything to do with inserting radical gender ideology into Virginia’s constitution. Read the actual language in the amendment and vote NO on November 3rd. @DefendingVAOrg

I was glad to write this article explaining why I signed with other Virginia Pastors asking Virginians to vote "No" on the proposed amendments to our state constitution.
Next week, Virginians will vote on two new amendments to their state constitution. The first to add abortion as a "fundamental right" The second to redefine marriage VA pastor @stevegentry calls on all Christians to reject these godless changes and stand for life and marriage. centerforbaptistleadership.o…

Virginians who love life and marriage need to vote NO on Amendments 1 & 2. Virginia Pastors should lead their churches to vote against these measures, too. I am thankful for @stevegentry's clear exhortation in this new @BaptistLeaders article. centerforbaptistleadership.o…
