Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma is trending because senior lecturer, Dr. Matthew Uwuigbe aka. ‘King of Boys’ was found de/ad in a hotel room after engaging a 21yo sex worker, Angela.
Now, both Angela, hotel owner and hotel manager have been arrested. Apparently, after a session, Dr. Matthew asked Angela to get him water, upon her return she found him unresponsive and lifeless on the bed.
This happened on Monday, 5, October at One Corner hotel before Mosco junction, Ekpoma, a popular hookup joint in the area.
Angela Jacob then involved the hotel managers, who reported the matter to the police around 8 p.m. The police arrived, deposited the corpse at the Oriaifo Memorial Hospital mortuary, and arrested all three aforementioned individuals.
AAU described Dr. Matthew’s death as “shocking” in a Facebook announcement. Admitting he’s a staff member, but the situation is his personal life and unrelated to the institution, said the PRO, Mr. Otunba Mike Ade Aladenika.
Late Dr. Matthew, was a lecturer in the Faculty of Medical Laboratory Science, Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma.
He toggles between his car and motorcycle to pick up his kids from school and help students whenever he can.
Fondly called the “King of Boys,” Dr. Matthew became a student favourite for his charisma and acceptance of everyone, regardless of their tribe, students say, unlike many other lecturers. A difficult farewell for many, students and alumni.

I got mine as a mid-career tech professional, and I built my application around the impact of the work I’d actually done rather than a ridiculous trophy cabinet.

I've seen this many times. A foreigner or in this case a black person goes to China or East Asia, and they are greeted with covered noses and mouths.
They think to themselves, I smell good, I applied perfume before leaving, why are they doing this? This must be racism.
Chinese and East Asians do not have body odor, ~95% of us carry a variant in the ABCC11 gene causing us to produce no smell after sweating.
You can't even find deodorants supermarkets in China, people just don't need it. So our sense of smell is not used to strong perfumes, and when you enter a confined space with your perfume, people literally find the smell stinging our noses.
