A coach can help make or break a kid’s mentality, especially when they’re young. Coaches will either strive to instill a love for the game & promote the spirit of competition or cause kids to feel frustrated which inevitably leads to quitting. Be aware of your big impact on kids!

Very sad to watch some kids playing their hearts out to win & others only playing for themselves. Team sports are TEAM sports for a reason. If you’re not there to give everything to your team, you’re there for the wrong reasons. Individuals are great within a team environment!
