quick workflow:
- wrote the lyrics around one promise, made the song in lyria 3.5
- wan 3.0 talking takes with the song as the audio and one hand gesture scripted per line
- 11 little b-roll boxes pop in on top while she keeps singing, so the lip sync never cuts away
- karaoke captions and stickers, all built inside claude code
it holds attention because for the first 35 seconds it doesn't feel like an ad.

Claude monte nos vidéos, et il fait pas juste des p’tits cuts pour dynamiser
Il ajoute des sfx
Il choisit les meilleurs moments de la vidéo et en fait un hook
Il ajoute des sous titres, et il ajuste la hauteur pour pas que ça empiète sur un element important de la vidéo (un visage ou quoi)
Il ajoute meme du flou sur des pièces pour booster le hook (le tout tracké frame par frame).
Et si la sélection auto de Premiere déborde sur autre chose, il le voit et corrige lui même
Il relit la vidéo après chaque passage qu’il enleve pour verifier qu’elle a toujours du sens. genre si on decide de fake un micro trottoir sans le dire à la vidéo, il le capte tout seul et vire les moments pas cohérent
Et le tout dans Premiere Pro, ce qui veut dire qu’on a accès à la timeline et qu’on peut repasser derriere lui si il faut
J’lui dis "va dans X dossier et monte les vidéos", il recupere les rushs, retrouve les rush manquants quand une vidéo est coupée en plusieurs, il monte, puis il exporte dans un dossier.

-> partner with people who already have distribution in that market. creators, communities, software companies, newsletters, agencies. give them a cut for bringing businesses in.
-> make content around the financial problems that niche already cares about. cash flow, payouts, expenses, cards, taxes, etc. that gives you a way to consistently reach the exact people you want using the product.
