In June of we wrote @AndrewMuirNI asking for a meeting to discuss access to Tollymore & other @daera_ni owned forests. After 3 mths we were disappointed to be refused. Sadly intransigence ignores the risks & regular call-outs by rescue services to help injured mountain bikers.

Great news - the @belfastcc People & Communities Committee meeting tonight has just approved our MOU essentially this means that the ‘pilot’ Middle Trail evaluation has been successfully completed and we are now permanent. It’s taken a while but we have finally got there!

Hi @belfastcc @deptinfra - grateful if you could ASAP get the mini sweeper up both the @combergreenway and the @ConnsGreenway - lots of leaves / now very unsafe. No way a cycle could stop or steer safely in some places countryside of beersbridge road to Sandown and beyond...
