Extremely disappointed in the service I have been receiving from @amazon this holiday season. Unreliable deliveries, missed deadlines, and poor customer service. Definitely not the same level of service I've received in the past. Seems like @JeffBezos is asleep at the wheel.

The @Walgreens at 1083 Boston Post Rd is literally the worst establishment I've ever had to deal with! My Rx has been held hostage there for 2+ days now. I am unable to pick it up or get it transferred because the Pharmacy is "temporarily closed" indefinitely! How is this Legal!?

So @Walgreens can transfer their pharmacy employees to other locations when one is closed but they couldn't transfer my Rx!? I have to waste my time on hold trying to get it transferred!? I am LIVID! And will now go out of my way to never spend another cent at @Walgreens again!
