🚨BREAKING: Key federal agencies failed to provide any records to back up President Donald Trump’s allegations that tens of thousands of noncitizens are registered to vote in various blue states, a nonpartisan government watchdog said in a new lawsuit. democracydocket.com/news-ale…

This is HUGE. The legal memo purporting to justify the boat strikes has been classified, in bad faith, and there is no conception of the facts that could render these strikes legal. Period. I wrote about why they constitute terrorism earlier this year, link in reply.

When Biden tripped, the media replayed it, analyzed it, and talked about it for months. When Trump falls asleep in the Oval Office every day, networks don’t even cover it. It’s only on social media. Same presidency, very different media coverage.

Given Musk’s large business interests in China he should be nowhere near this and his involvement in this should be scandalous.

Nick Saban made over $150 million coaching football, and now is making millions more commenting on @espn. But the only group he thinks needs salary limits are the player who keep them all in business.

So it only took 8 weeks for Musk to go from "at least one [Starship] flight a day, possibly more" by August 2027 to now suggesting 1-2 launches per week next year. As I said at the time, Musk's statements on the Q2 earnings call just weren't believable nitter.cf/theinformation/status/…

Misspelling the name of your own country in a document about super intelligence is an impressive feat.

Did I miss something? Did Musk divest from China? That alone disqualifies him and that’s before we get to some of his kooky statements about warfare in the past. What is Gingrich bringing to the conversation?

NEVER FORGET
On January 6,
2021, six men dragged this officer down the Capitol steps.
He heard one scream, "I got one!" before the others ripped off his badge, stripped him of his radio, and seized his ammunition that was secured to my body.
They beat him with their fists and what felt like hard metal objects.
He heard chanting from some in the crowd - "Get his gun!" and "Kill him with his own gun!"
This officer suffered a heart attack and a traumatic brain injury.
Trump pardoned those six men.

It’s not true that no other president donated the official salary; JFK and Hoover did. (It’s $400,000 in salary these days, though expense/travel allocations can boost the total up to $550,000.) It’s not true that Trump never got a story about his first-term donations; they were regularly covered when he announced them. And he has not publicly provided evidence that he’s donated his whole salary this term, though he did announce he donated his first check in 2025 to the White House Historical Association; his team wouldn’t provide any more info when I inquired.

BREAKING: Trump bought up to $100,000 in bonds tied to a Georgia coal plant.
57 days later, he exempted that plant from EPA pollution limits.

Had this man not found the courage to fight back after being repeatedly attacked with an axe capable of cutting through metal—while bleeding profusely—and had the presence mind to trigger the hijack/emergency code, initiate the emergency response and open the cockpit door to allow passengers to assist him, the aircraft’s subsequent dive could have had catastrophic consequences.
Had that aircraft not been recovered, the geopolitical consequences for the Middle East could have been profound and potentially irreversible.
Sometimes history turns on the courage, resilience and presence of mind of one person.
Yes. One Indian man.

My thanks to everyone expressing their outrage and concern. Of course there are millions of people whose lives are threatened by Russia every day in Ukraine, and Ukrainian victory remains the best form of security for me, my colleagues, and all of Europe.
putin’s desperate plot to silence Garry Kasparov on American soil.
putin’s regime has once again proven that it operates less like a legitimate government and more like a transnational mafia syndicate.
According to an explosive investigative report by the Spanish newspaper El Mundo, the Kremlin’s intelligence hit squads reached all the way into the United States in a cowardly attempt to murder legendary chess champion and fearless pro-democracy leader Garry Kasparov.
For years, @kasparov63 has used his massive global platform to speak truth to power, exposing the corruption, brutality, and lawlessness of putin’s dictatorship.
Unable to defeat his ideas with arguments, the Kremlin resorted to its default language: violence and terror.
U.S. authorities had to step in this summer to directly warn Garry Kasparov that he was a top target for Kremlin assassins, forcing official security measures to shield his life. This wasn't just a vague threat. Court documents and investigative reports reveal a chilling network of operatives hunting anti-putin voices across borders.
While putin’s thugs tried to outsource their dirty work, offering pocket change to mercenaries to stalk targets in Washington, the plot exposes the utter panic inside the Kremlin.
Dictators like putin are terrified of brilliant, uncompromised voices like Kasparov who remind the world that a free, democratic Russia is possible.
This assassination plot shatters the illusion that critics are safe once they leave Russia.
Yet, for all their dark money, surveillance networks, and hired thugs, the Kremlin's desperation only reveals their weakness. They can threaten, stalk, and plot, but they will never silence Garry Kasparov, nor the unstoppable demand for freedom.
