Just watched an immigration court hearing for a detained 15 yr old that started out with the judge asking about his Halloween plans & ended with her ordering him deported.
The lack of justice for immigrant kids right now in our immigration courts is stunningly diabolical.

She was found hanging from a tree branch. Two weeks old. The 'israeli' bomb murdered her entire family and flung her into a tree. No one survived to claim her. No one knew her name. Her nurse adopter her. Named her Malak (angel). She's now 3 years old.
This too is resistance.
In a story that encapsulates the pain of tragedy and the hope of life.. A baby girl was found all alone, hanging from a tree branch following the Al-Sabra neighborhood massacre in Gaza City on November 19, 2023, which claimed the lives of nearly 300 people while others remained missing.
She arrived at Al-Shifa Medical Complex as an infant, barely two weeks old. With no one to claim her, she remained unidentified for a full month until nurse Amal Ismail adopted her, naming her “Malak” and choosing October 29 as her official birthday.
Malak turns three surrounded by the love of Amal, who raised her as her own child, while hope endures that her relatives will one day recognize her so she can reclaim her roots and identity.

Children living with congenital conditions, disabilities, and injuries, many requiring constant medical care, were treated to a day of joy on the beach by The Sameer Project.
And their mothers, who spend every day caring for them under unimaginable circumstances, finally had a moment to breathe. Look at these smiles. The laughter. The relief on these mothers’ faces.
With two of our free transport buses, we brought children and their mothers from our Refaat Alareer and Sawarha medical camps to the Nuseirat seashore for a day of entertainment, treats, and much-needed respite. All this included the transportation, beach venue rental, the entertainment team, water and juice, cake and pastries, for a total of $890 after 11% commission.
With your generosity we gave children and their mothers from our medical camps something that has become incredibly rare in Gaza: a day without the constant weight of suffering.

Trying to appear strong in front of them, while inside you're exhausted, unsure how you'll manage the next day? I never wanted to share our pain this way,
but when your world shrinks to a torn tent, survival becomes a daily fight.
As the freezing winter approaches, terrors of past memories haunt us,
recalling how we drowned in the heavy mud last year.
We are 9 souls—my 7 children, 3 under five, and my 8-month-old baby girl,
living in half a torn tent over wet mud, terrified of what is coming.
"The cold rain approaches and the bitter wind blows,
Remembering last winter fills a mother's heart with woes..."
We have nothing left to shield my babies from the harsh freeze ahead.

The Sameer Project has already lost multiple workers. These men are feeding starving families, building shelters, and bringing water to people Israel has deprived of everything!
And what does Israel do? Bomb them. Tear their bodies apart. Burn them alive.
Israel isn’t just destroying Gaza. Israel kills anyone who brings hope to Palestinians. Even the people trying to help them survive are being killed. The cruelty is beyond words.
