President Zelenskyy:
"From intelligence reports and individuals within Putin's inner circle, we know that in early September Putin declared: 'From now on, there are no rules.' The Russians failed to occupy us, so now they are resorting to massive strikes and mass killings. Naturally, they want to destroy our bridges and, as we understand, our data centers, internet infrastructure, mobile networks, hospitals, kindergartens, schools, universities — everything. They want people to flee their cities, and we must do everything in our power to save our people and our cities."

❗️Ukraine plans to deploy its own missile defense system FREYJA as early as December, Zelenskyy said.
▪️Russia currently produces about 140 ballistic missiles per month. To guarantee the destruction of that number, NATO rules require twice as many interceptors — 280 missiles;
▪️At the same time, even obtaining 100 missiles per month remains an extremely difficult task;
▪️Ukraine aims to receive 100–120 Patriot missiles per month during the coldest months from U.S. stocks and production, from European countries, and from partners in the Middle East;
▪️In parallel, Ukraine, together with companies from ten countries, is developing its own missile defense system FREYJA;
▪️The main parts of this system are the launcher and the missile. We have them. This is Ukrainian production.
