He sued 3 individuals for Defamation for stating the Facts of his 2011 Guilty Plea for Corruption of Minors, all separate Cases, since 2021, in which he’s lost all 3, one of which is dismissed, the other pending dismissal, and the other dismissed, but he’s facing a countersue pending January 2027.
He has yet to explain his 59 Criminal Records that links to the number he uses on posts, resume and email signature.
He has yet to explain why he pleaded Guilty in the multiple times he’s pleaded Guilty.
He has yet to explain how Law Enforcement framed him, 15 years ago, when nobody knew him.
He has yet to explain how the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the female victim’s parents have thousands of text messages, explicit images, and pinged locations from January 1, 2008 to July 2010, starting with her being a 14-year-old and 15 at the time of his arrest - still on Court Records, all confirmed in 2025 and 2026 Lawsuits.
He has yet to explain how any of this is Strategic and Operational, stating Laws and Publications, also presenting Credentials or Identification / Badge all while using his birth name, home address, and same phone number linked to 59 Criminal Records.
He has yet to explain why he tells the truth to Lawyers and his Lawyer while under Oath in Depositions, yet every time he opens his mouth, he’s lying or has lied about everything he’s presented to those who follow him such as his false identity with a 3 letter agency, degrees he does not have, etc.
He has yet to explain using Laws, Publications, and Manuals why he’s unique being used to be the ‘holy one’ receiving ‘intel’ all while sporting 59 criminal records - all he does is bribe or threaten to sue while making childish, immature, selfish, narcissist, sociopathic posts or video trying to flex with more excuses continuing to avoid his false identity that’s been confirmed by a Retired Veteran with Department of War credentials using Laws, Publications, and Manuals of Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies to confirm he’s a liar, manipulator, and con-artist.
Not only does the Law of War Manual and Army Field Manuals outline the only lying permissible in any form of Military Deception is a Prisoner of War...
But the whole point of draining the swamp is to reset and restore Integrity which requires:
Foundation: Ethics, morals, and values.
Framework: Principles, discipline, structure, and guidelines.
Governance: Transparency, accountability, and responsibility.
You cannot use a sociopathic liar with 59 Criminal Records currently using a false identity defrauding people with very light regurgitated material that seems intelligent to those, yet every light regurgitated piece he calls “intel” is a ploy to tee up his next Ponzi Scheme / MLM, all for his own selfish gain.
Not only does every single aspect of his fake persona and fraudulent transactions outline Affinity Fraud by the SEC.gov, Investor.gov, and FBI.gov, but also it is by definition in Criminal Psychology the pinpoint example of a sociopathic, manipulative, con-artist.
The fact is — He confirms his own identity by using the same number that connects to his home address that connects to his 59 Court Records full of Guilty Pleas.
