Q3 was Flex’s strongest quarter yet as we build the global financial home for HNW business owners.
A few highlights:
- Revenue grew 2.5x YoY at scale
- $20B+ annualized TPV
- Revenue outside business cards grew 7x YoY
- Accounts Payable now accounts for ~39% of revenue
- Texas and Florida are our largest markets, with customers across construction, wholesale, healthcare, ecommerce brands, local government, and more
- 98% gross logo retention
- Global banking now represents 12% of revenue, up from just 0.4% at the start of the year, fueled by spend management, stablecoin, and multi-currency accounts
- Canada is our largest market outside the US, followed by the UAE
- Cross-border payments revenue grew 5.5x YoY
On the consumer side, thousands of HNW individuals have joined the waitlist for Flex Elite, our new personal credit card offering up to 5% cashback on everything.
We're onboarding members in phases. DM us for priority.
Our ambition is simple: build the full financial home for founders, across both their businesses and personal lives. And every quarter reminds me of how underserved traditional businesses are globally.
I joined Gstaad Guy's podcast to share what we've been up to. Watch below.

✅ Your pre-seed investors will forgive you for:
Missing your revenue plan by 40%
A pivot in month 9
A bad month, if the update still shows up on time
A cofounder breakup, if we hear it from you first
❌ They will NOT forgive you for:
Going dark for 90 days
A bridge request 3 weeks before payroll
A fudged metric in the deck
Raising your next round without telling us
After 300+ pre-seed checks: it's never the miss. It's the surprise.

we just turned 71 million LinkedIn engagements into a searchable social intent database.
over the past couple months,
we’ve scanned millions of likes, posts & comments
ppl in the comments literally asking "anyone know a good agency for this?"
now you can search all 71 million from your AI chat in plain english with the traxy MCP
ask it "find me founders looking for AEO help"
→ you get the leads related to the search based on what they liked, posted & commented
all of it, searchable with traxy rn
oh and also you can get access to it for free
(will add link in replies)

Your next best influencer is almost certainly already one of your customers.
Today, we're excited to announce that @getoutersignal x @superfiliate integration is officially live - dramatically condensing the journey from signal to activation.
A few weeks ago, we launched our Influencer Board, giving brands the ability to identify creators hiding in their existing customer base, sort through them with a myriad of filters, and manage outreach in-platform.
Now, we've partnered with Superfiliate to help brands actually activate them.
Here's how it works:
OuterSignal identifies customers with creator reach.
Brands segment those customers and connect them to Superfiliate.
Superfiliate automatically handles outreach and enrollment into affiliate programs.
Performance data then flows back into OuterSignal, so brands can see exactly how much revenue those creators are driving.
Massive thanks to Andy Cloyd and the entire Superfiliate team - excited to see the magic our brands create with this.
And to other platforms looking to help brands do more with better customer intelligence, let's talk 🤝

The @runneth MCP is now LIVE for everyone ⚡️
This MCP is the first of it's kind. Many people told me this approach won't work but they are wrong.
We were early betting on agents having their own computers.
Now we are betting on agents working closely to accomplish ambitious goals together.
Out of the box @runneth is exceptional at marketing.
So having runneth on your team of agents has the same effect of having a star employee: it levels up those around them.
The runneth MCP has one main tool call: ask_runneth.
It's the exact same runneth that you work with in Slack, and now it can work directly with your agents too.
Our team and early users have been having a BLAST using this.
Send your agent to runneth.com/mcp to learn more.

Introducing Prospect Enrichment from @getOuterSignal: see who's actually on your email list.
Your email list is one of your most valuable assets. And yet everyone on it is a stranger, so you've got no choice but to dump them into a generic flow and hope for the best.
Now, using just an email, OuterSignal shows you who they are: age, gender, what they do for work, what they care about, and whether they look like your best customers.
So the 28-year-old nurse stops getting the same welcome email as the 55-year-old retiree. And the future VIP hiding in your list gets the VIP treatment before they ever place an order.
Newsletter subscribers. Loyalty members. In-store shoppers. If you have their email, now you can know who they are.
It's live today for every OuterSignal customer. Take it for a spin and tell us what you think!
Not on OuterSignal yet? Now's the time. Comment or DM us and we'll get you set up!
That a debate even exists about the importance of consistent investor updates boggles my mind. Enough about confidentiality; investors are your partners! Put the update behind a DocSend and move on. How you respect one stakeholder is how you respect every stakeholder.
VCs have always checked out when founders stop sending investor updates
But today I think even more so
The opportunity cost of investing time in a startup that can't be the next Cursor is high
If you don't even get monthly updates anymore, well, you just write it off
Send them. Especially when times are tougher.

I made a mistake with HQ.
When we launched the beta, HQ was brand new. Lots of potential, but rough around the edges.
The interest was amazing. I did back-to-back 30 minute calls for many months straight. We were onboarding teams while fixing bugs, shipping features and trying to figure out everything else. Honestly, the only reason we kept up was that we ran our own company on HQ.
But I burned out from calls. I had no time left to think about product, strategy, gtm.
So we went full self-serve. Sign up, onboard yourself, get going. We offered an implementation service but barely tried to sell it.
That was a mistake. I lost touch with our customers.
Something interesting happened. The first cohort, who used HQ at its roughest, were getting the most value out of it. So were the few customers who paid for implementation. These customers were willing to pay upwards of 10x the price, and consistently claimed HQ unlocked huge value in their business.
Self-serve was a gamble. Some teams, mostly AI native ones, got up and running alone. Many fell through the cracks.
Looking back, it makes sense. Company brains, second brains, company harnesses are brand new ideas. Most people don't have a mental model for them yet. You can't learn this the same way you learn a CRM. Teams didn't have the time or expertise to get it up alone.
So hands-on onboarding is now the default way into HQ.
We will handle migrating your knowledge, connecting your systems, training your team. Most importantly, we'll work toward a specific outcome for your business.
Agency? Service more clients with fewer people.
CPG brand? Forecast demand accurately and grow faster.
Software company? Get your team working from the same context. Ship more and deliver more value to your customers.
PE Firm? Run your portfolio without growing your ops team.
and so on..
If you want to start, you can talk to our team. We will set up your company's AI operating system and leave your team feeling empowered.
If you tried HQ before and couldn't get it set up, reach back out and we'll help. Existing customers who want the same service, message me directly.
One of the fastest growing proptech companies in the world 🚀
Today, I visited my friend @zachschofel to help put up a mezuzah at CoSign’s new 6,500-square-foot NYC headquarters!
Just six months ago, we wrapped tefillin together at his old 1,000-square-foot office.
Since we’ve wrapped together, the company has grown more than 6X in just six months!
Amazing to see the growth and all the mitzvahs happening along the way!

So excited to launch ROSE! Nearly a year ago, we set out to solve one of the biggest gaps in understanding our health: environmental exposure. We use bloodwork and imaging to understand what’s happening inside our bodies, but know surprisingly little about what’s in the water we drink every day.
ROSE is an exposure health company built to give people a clear understanding of what they're exposed to every day, starting with water. Get a water testing kit at getrose.com!

We've closed $2M in ARR this year from just 2 AEs, and Q4 is just getting started.
Our secret sauce: hiring from our own customers.
Both AEs used Overjoy while working at consumer brands before joining us. And today, more than half of our sales team come from Overjoy customers.
Turns out people who know the product firsthand are pretty great at selling it.
And we're hiring more people to join our team!
