Video generation models can’t do this.
If you’ve ever tried to change one small detail about a video using a video gen model, then you’ve likely noticed some major flaws: they change unwanted portions of the video, they lack detail relative to the rest of the frame, and the edit changes over time.
We built the @Overlap_AI Product Lab for companies who have high production needs and can’t afford AI hallucinations.
We use 3D product models in Blender paired with a reconstructed set in 3D, then ray-trace the lighting. We can then control the product’s geometry and how it’s lit throughout the shot.
The quality of the output shocks us too.

idk how to explain it, you just have to feel it
our kids are going to grow up inside the YouTube rabbit hole
entertainment and education become the same experience, with the content adapting to whatever they get curious about next
i'm so jealous of kids who will get to experience this

I tested Kimi K3.1 Pro max against Astra in their respective blender abilities... seems that Kimi is another benchmaxxed model
Astra (in thread) vs. Kimi (attached)
Curious if people have had the opposite experience
Kimi took ~25 min and $8
Astra took ~30 min and ~$20

Last week, we launched Overlap Campaigns.
Since then, creators have generated over 100M views with Overlap agents.
Give Overlap your content, social accounts, and a budget. Our agents find the best moments, edit clips, and distribute them across accounts you own.
You only pay for views. And you own the audience you build.
Owning your distribution > renting attention.

We’re building @Overlap_AI agents that get better at their jobs with every iteration
Here's a look under the hood at how our agents learn from their own performance
Never thought clipping would eventually lead me to using world models but here I am and I couldn't be happier
This feels like such an obvious way to work with your clipping agent... no wonder it has grown so quickly
Today we’re launching Overlap Campaigns: a team of AI agents that run clipping campaigns on social accounts you own, priced based on the views they generate.
Clips have become both the content people consume and the ads for the businesses behind it. The same clip can introduce someone to a creator, promote what they sell, and generate revenue itself.
Someone might never watch your full podcast or show. They can still see your clips regularly, get to know you, and become a customer. For that person, the clips are the show.
That has made clipping an essential part of promotion and monetization for creators and creator-led businesses.
Running a "clipping campaign" used to mean wrangling freelance clippers in Discord who publish your content on accounts you don’t own.
Overlap Campaigns gives that work to a team of agents. You set the budget. They find moments in your content library, edit them into clips, and publish across your accounts.
This is why @Overlap_AI works with thousands of creators to turn their content into reach and revenue.
