The lawyer representing accused number 2, Victor Majola in the murder case of Warrick "DJ Warras" Stock has withdrawn from the case.
Majola allegedly orchestrated Warras's assassination. He says he will meet with his family on Thursday to decide a way forward.
Meanwhile accused 1, Hlengiwe Buthelezi, who allegedly sent DJ Warras's personal particulars and that of Warras's partner to Majola is appearing alongside her co-accused for the first time.
Buthelezi says she needs time to consult her family on legal representation because she has not seen them since she was arrested.
The case has been postponed to October 8, for both accused to indicate what their legal representation preferences will be.
