It is very sad to see the news today about the historical Garden Theatre suddenly closing. Here is a clip from several years ago with me and my wonderful friend Jim Crescitelli of Winter Garden Heritage discussing the theatre's history.

In 1963 it was shut down "for good". It came back decades later through amazing community advocates including Barbara Roper, the Heritage Foundation, the City of Winter Garden, and others - I am believing in a triumphant comeback and will do everything I can to support that.
