As expected, #Relion3 scaled quite well on 4x RTX2080Ti, pushing Class3D benchmark from 166min to 101min on the same machine. Running 2 ranks per GPU, it is further pushed to 79min. (Details at www2.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/relio…)
