I’ve been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to travel various places around the world.
I find that my favorite moments are moments that aren’t purchased: watching kids walk to school in the morning, a herd of cows crossing a 4-lane road, two friends laughing in a language I can’t understand.
Life is precious. Love is abundant.

Sak Yant is an ancient, traditional Thai Tattoo. Painful and rewarding are both understatements.
I’m in Singapore, the true melting pot of the world.
Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, and Hindi all in one country.
Larry Loomer and Ben Shapiro and their ilk love to tout that Islam is incompatible with the west but here I am seeing a country, that’s cleaner, more safe, and more inclusive than ours and isn’t burning.
Adulthood has been a lot of “we should get together soon” just to see each other at the next wedding
Anyone else ever experience the call of the void or what the French have coined “l’appel du vide”.
In moments looking over the ships balcony or standing on the edge, I’ll often get a brief thought like “I could jump and everything would change”, and I’ll almost frighten myself that I’ll do it if I don’t walk away.
No, just me?
Religion is an interesting word.
Ligio: to connect. Like a lig-ament connecting bone to bone
Re: again.
Putting that together. Religio - to again connect.
Connect to what? That which we’ve been disconnected from?
