🚨The Lindsay Clancy Case Just Hit a Major Legal Detour: Felony Wiretapping Charges A new Massachusetts criminal case (Commonwealth v. Shawna Gramkow, Docket No. 2658CR000716) has reportedly brought a felony wiretapping charge over an alleged secret phone recording connected to Christopher Clancy, Patrick Clancy’s father. What Allegedly Happened: According to video reports and online accounts, phone numbers were read aloud during open court testimony in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial. An individual allegedly used one of those numbers to call Patrick’s father, Christopher Clancy: Christopher reportedly spoke briefly with the caller before attempting to hang up. Unbeknownst to him, the line allegedly remained open while he was driving in his car. Thinking he was alone, Christopher allegedly began speaking out loud to himself about his son and family dynamics. The caller allegedly recorded this private, unprompted audio without Christopher’s knowledge or permission and shared the recording online. This highlights a major legal reality check: Massachusetts is an all party consent state. Under MGL c. 272, § 99, recording a conversation without everyone's knowledge can be a felony. A common myth is that participating in a call gives you the right to record it it doesn't. The stakes are high: A conviction can carry up to 5 years in state prison and a $10,000 fine. While the First Amendment protects commentary on high profile trials, it doesn't give immunity from privacy laws. Where do public interest and privacy rights collide? #LindsayClancy #PatrickClancy #Wiretapping #MassachusettsLaw #TrueCrime #CriminalLaw

Terrell Owens didn't earn a Super Bowl ring during his playing days, but he certainly deserves a championship ring for being the GOAT when it comes to evading process servers.

What a f*cking hero. Dad runs into a burning building with no hesitation to save his kids. Who needs Superman when your father is a superhero?

Let's cut to the chase. The "content creators" should spare us their fake outrage and pearl clutching on the subject of fundraising. They're doing it, tapping into whatever dark money they can get their greedy hands on. What, did they think we were just going to be sitting ducks and not do our own fundraising? Give me a break. Litigation is expensive. Very expensive. And guess what? The "content creators," some of whom are professional litigants not new to legal problems, are intentionally driving up the costs of litigation with their antics. For example, evading service of process at all costs. You wouldn't believe the strategies they use to hide from our servers. I look forward to sharing a few of the crazier stories on that subject in the coming days. Bottom line: the "content creators" are raising money and we're going to do the same thing. Even though the "content creators" are grifters, it's their prerogative if they want to try and raise money. However, they shouldn't be surprised when we fight back. Also, they shouldn't be surprised if we get court orders to take the money they raise. Let's not complicate things. They don't like us, and we don't like them. Their goal is to keep lying for clicks and they are just pissed that we kicked their little hornets' nest. They'll never apologize. They'll never settle. They'll never stop lying. Pick your Side and Donate. Oh, and when you pick your side, remember: we're really good people but the lying "content creators" are really terrible people.

BigLaw model = not good value for clients. Exorbitant hourly rates, excessive billing, and impersonal client communication. Even as the elitist snobs at "Above the Law" and similar echo chamber media outlets blathered self-congratulatory cheerleading for BigLaw, the cracks in the BigLaw dam were visible to sober observers, years before the 10/28/26 news of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP's planned dissolution. nypost.com/2026/10/28/busine…

🚨 WARNING: Graphic Content. ⚠️ Viewer discretion is advised. This video reportedly captures a violent incident inside Telfair State Prison in Georgia, laying bare the ongoing safety crisis plaguing our state’s correctional facilities. Every day, families live in constant terror of receiving that devastating phone call wondering if their loved one will survive the day behind bars. How many more violent attacks, serious injuries, and preventable deaths must occur before state leaders take meaningful action? The crisis within Georgia’s prisons cannot be ignored or swept under the rug any longer. Ensuring the safety of incarcerated individuals, protecting corrections staff, and securing our communities requires immediate, uncompromising standards: The public deserves to know the truth about what is happening behind prison walls. Those responsible for maintaining safety must be held answerable for these systemic failures. Independent Oversight: Georgia desperately needs external, independent watchdogs to break the cycle of neglect and violence. We cannot afford to look the other way while families suffer in silence. We need leaders willing to demand real answers and drive real reform NOW. PLEASE SHARE THIS VIDEO. Help bring national attention to Georgia's escalating prison crisis and put the pressure where it belongs. Every share drives awareness and demands justice. #TelfairStatePrison #GDC #PrisonReform #GeorgiaPrisons #EndPrisonViolence #IndependentOversight #TransparencyNow #HumanRights #GeorgiaPrisonReformCoalition 🎥Marcus Johnson

🚨 The Reality Behind Georgia Prison Walls Look closely at what is being served as food inside Georgia’s correctional facilities. It is easy for some to dismiss it with a shrug "Well, it’s prison." But let’s be crystal clear: incarceration strips away liberty, but it does not strip away basic humanity. Adequate, safe, and nutritious food is a fundamental human right, not a luxury. As Georgia taxpayers, we fund this system. So why aren't more questions being asked about what is actually landing on these meal trays? Would anyone defending these conditions be willing to eat this every day? From rampant violence, drugs, and gang activity to severe medical neglect and now deplorable nutritional standards how much more do families have to witness before the state takes these systemic failures seriously? Georgia needs transparency, genuine accountability, and independent oversight now. 📷Marcus Johnson

🚨ATTENTION: Serious security failures are putting lives at risk inside Georgia's prisons. According to inside sources, weapons including machetes are actively being manufactured right inside prison maintenance shops, then smuggled into dormitories by assigned workers who are reportedly not being searched upon entry. Worse yet, these contraband weapons are allegedly being sold inside the facilities for up to $300. These security gaps raise urgent questions that demand immediate answers: Who is monitoring the maintenance shops? Why are basic security screening protocols for workers being bypassed? Who is investigating the manufacturing, sale, and distribution of these weapons? Correctional officers, incarcerated individuals, and staff deserve a safe environment. We cannot afford to look the other way while dangerous contraband circulates unchecked. Georgia needs independent oversight, strict accountability, and immediate action. 📷Marcus Johnson

“I remember the day I began a relationship with Jesus Christ. It changed my way and my life… I encourage you to check your direction. Which way are you headed?” Ernie is set to retire after this year. One thing I always admired about him is that he was never AFRAID to share his faith in Jesus Christ as his Savior. Most media members would never share publicly out of fear. Ernie always shared with boldness. Thank you for being an inspiration. 🙏❤️
