Five months ago,my abusive baby daddy punched me simply because I hadn't cooked. He would constantly remind me that I was poor and that I was nothing without him. Today, I'm just grateful that I finally found the strength to walk away.I may have lost a lot,but I never lost myself.

Before you start calling me ndine wamajelous😂 , let me clarify what I’m trying to say. We all do experience emotions differently. Some people rarely feel jealous, just like others rarely feel sad, even in situations that might deeply affect someone else. My point is that jealousy is an emotion some people experience more than others. It becomes a problem when it leads to envy, malice, or wanting to bring someone down. We may not always control what we feel, but we can control how we respond to it. And there’s nothing wrong with simply experiencing an emotion.
