I’ve been using Grok for months to manage my to-do list and calendar.
At first it was just me dumping notebook lists, emails, and random notes at it and asking it to organize them. Then I set up daily automations — a morning brief that pulled my calendar and Gmail, and an afternoon one that extracted action items from messages and notes. It helped a lot, but the same completed tasks kept coming back because everything still lived in too many places.
Tonight we (@grok and I) finally fixed the real problem.
One living Google Doc is now the single source of truth. I just talk to Grok — “mark this done,” “add this,” “what’s still open?” — and it updates the Doc. The automations will pull from that same document instead of hunting through the old mess.
No more duplicate lists. No more zombie tasks.
I’m genuinely blown away at how cleanly this came together. Feels like we cracked the actual system.

🚨 BREAKING UPDATE: Spain's Civil Guard chief declares the border has "TOTALLY COLLAPSED," per @BillMelugin_
THOUSANDS of military-aged African men have poured over the border in the past several hours.
This is because Spain just gave AMNESTY to illegals. All amnesty does is ENCOURAGE more illegal immigration.
In my life I've swung from being a socialist in college to a conservative in my later years. I think this is the natural progression for a young socialist who truly desires knowledge and understanding.
How is it the Democrats are all about organic non-GMO produce but are fine about changing a child's gender?

America is the most powerful empire. Yet, it has not annexed another sovereign country since 1898. It’s arguably the most morally constrained in history. No previous hegemonic power with military superiority exercised so little direct annexation during its period of dominance.
John Adams gave the most direct and famous guidance from any Founding Father on how Independence Day should be celebrated.
In a letter written to his wife Abigail Adams on July 3, 1776 (the day after Congress passed the resolution for independence), Adams predicted that future generations would mark the occasion as a great national festival. He described exactly how it ought to be observed:
“The second* day of July, 1776, will be the most memorable epocha in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary festival. It ought to be commemorated, as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward, forevermore.”
*Note on the date: Adams referred to July 2 (the day the resolution passed). The Declaration of Independence itself was formally adopted on July 4, which is why that date became the official holiday.

I know a nurse in labor and delivery who's been told by numerous black women that they want to be seen by black nurses and black doctors because, "they understand us better."
Isn't this going backwards?
Isn't this what they fought so hard against?
Oh no, social media will allow everyone to see what's going on... people wouldn't be so upset if they didn't know about it.
