Dear Railway Minister @AshwiniVaishnaw,
I am travelling from Rourkela to Bhubaneswar on Vande Bharat Express (20835 DN), and what has been served as food is simply unacceptable. The quality is so appalling that I could not even eat it. The photographs tell the story.
Is this what passengers are expected to accept after paying a premium fare for Vande Bharat? Indian Railways cannot charge premium prices and serve food that is unfit for consumption.
Who is accountable — IRCTC, the catering contractor or the railway authorities responsible for supervision?
This is not merely poor service; it is a complete failure of passenger care. **Stop treating passengers as captive customers.**
