Around 20 October 2025, Saurav Das organised a Diwali party which was also attended by retired Supreme Court judge S.K. Kaul.
On 1 November 2025, a hit-job article on Justice D.Y. Chandrachud, written by Saurav Das, was published in The Caravan magazine.
At that time, Saurav Das was just a 25-year-old novice who knew nothing about journalism or law.
How many times does a retired Supreme Court judge attend such parties organised by such novice?
Isn’t it unusual?
What is the possibility that the article was actually written by Justice S.K. Kaul or one of his subordinates, and Saurav Das’s name was merely used for it?

क्या ही सुंदर और दुर्लभ दृश्य है! बीजेपी के सर्वेश कुमार RJD के जीते हुए उम्मीदवार से गले मिल रहे, बधाई दे रहे। अनिल जी के विनम्र भाव को देखिए। सर्वेश कह रहे, "मैं खुश हूं कि अनिल जी जैसे सामाजिक - राजनीतिक कार्यकर्ता को जीत मिली है।"
और जिस दिन प्रशांत किशोर ने RJD के साथ गठबंधन किया, उसी दिन JSP का वोट शून्य हो जाएगा। ये बात रोहिणी दीदी को कौन बताएगा जिसको भाई ने चप्पल से पीट कर भगा दिया था?
JSP ने मुस्लिम प्रत्याशी दिया था। प्रथम वरीयता में मुस्लिम वोट उधर गया था लेकिन दूसरी वरीयता में सभी मुस्लिम ने RJD को वोट दिया। जीत का मुख्य कारण वो भी है।
दरभंगा में सर्वेश कुमार जी हार गए। भाजपा के थे। संजय सरावगी ने पूछा कि क्या चल रहा है, क्या अंडरएस्टिमेट किया भाजपा ने, क्यों पीछे चल रहे? उनका उत्तर था: यूजीसी अभी भी लोगों को याद है, बहुत क्रोध में हैं।
अभी, प्रशासन द्वारा हर उपाय करने के बाद, हजारों वोट इन्वेलिड बताने के बाद भी, राजद के अनिल झा की जीत हुई। कहा जा रहा है कि पहले 3,000 वोट अवैध बनाए गए, फिर 5,000 अवैध हुए, फिर भी जीत अनिल झा की हुई।
ब्राह्मण बनाम भूमिहार था, पर लोगों ने राजद को वोट दिया। यह कभी नहीं होता था। यादवों की पार्टी, चारा चोर, ललुआ की पार्टी, गुंडों की पार्टी कह कर राजद में लोग सटते नहीं थे।
भाजपा की यही उपलब्धि है कि उसने सवर्णों को उधर ढकेल दिया, जहाँ हमने सोचा नहीं था। बाकी, चटुआ गिरोह जितना इजरायल चुनावों पर फोकस रखे, चाहे मोदी ट्रोल बन जाएँ, सत्य बिहार और यूपी सहित नागपुर के परिणाम में है।
पिछले बार भी ललन सिंह से झगड़ा लगाने और JDU से निकलवाने में इसका हाथ था।
इस बार भी पूरा षड्यंत्र इसका रचा हुआ है। इसकी बेटी जो पेशे से वकील है, उसने दुलारचंद के पोते से मिलकर केस फाइल करवाया है।
इसने अपनी बोली से हीं हजारों राजनीतिक दुश्मन बनाये हैं। अब मंत्री बनने को बेताब है
मिथिला के चाणक्य ने मगध वाली पार्टी का क्या हाल कर दिया - 4 सीट में सिर्फ़ 1 सीट पर जीत।
