#Halloween is a special time for children and families across Scarborough Centre to enjoy trick-or-treating, costumes and community celebrations.
As families head out on Halloween night, MPP Smith encourages everyone to take a few simple steps to stay safe.
Look out for children moving between cars or crossing streets suddenly. Motorists please be cautious, slow down and take extra care in the community where children will be out trick-or-treating.
