In our new paper in @SciReports, @debebesh, @petedodd24, Richard Hayes, and I show that sex-assortative mixing plays a role in sex disparities in #TB burden, and this is particularly important under invasion dynamics. nature.com/articles/s41598-0…

In (c, d), ββ and αα were solved to give R0=2R0=2 and fix Rm/RfRm/Rf, ρρ was varied, and π=1π=1. Other parameters were the means of priors in Table 1.
