This is spot pretty spot on. I’ve spoken to plenty of founders in the space that we won’t even attempt it. I’m willing to bet we have the same growing list of agencies, Julian.
There is a growing list of gaming agencies that we won't even attempt to do business with anymore at Neuroptima b/c they are so incompetent.
A lot of players are missing out on sponsorship opportunities because we turn away the instant we see a certain email/agency in their bio.
You get on a call with these people, and they waste your time, don't follow up like they say they will, and DON'T EVEN KNOW BASIC PUBLIC INFO ABOUT THE PERSON THEY REPRESENT!! They do this on a call for one person they represent, and now they've created a bad name that hurts EVERYONE else they represent.
Players, choose wisely before you sign – see if the agency is actually sourcing sponsors for its talent. See the rate at which their talent gets signed/re-signed to orgs. And never just go with the first option you chat to because they sell themselves well; always compare options ‼️

Kidding... the other models like Sol & Luna are already catching up and -50% the cost of usage.
You don't need to drive a lambo everyday to the grocery store but you can if you want to
Other intelligence models getting 50% cheaper on usage is amazing to hear

I've been using AI for a few years. Try this!
Something simple that I've learned and has helped me tremendously as a founder was rather than waiting on people, processes or reports. Let AI identify signals for you and cut through all the noise.
What you should do is wire things into a place that you can see immediately every day and make decisions fast and in realtime
Not only does it allow you to move fast off customer feedback but it also removes all the unnecessary processes in between allow you to have the most important thing in business "SPEED"

It’s WAY simpler than managing hundreds of smaller threads. Also just more fun
Cursor just added it. ChatGPT Voice is basically this. Grok Bot w/ chief of staff is this
Highly recommend switching to this paradigm in all your agents. Just talk to 1 thread and have it spin up and manage other threads
Will make it way easier to quickly open your apps and get work done, because you always go to one thread
