Exploring the beauty of nature around our wonderful school and developing children’s vocabulary: crunchy, sparkly, shiny, freezing, chilly, frosty and brittle.

Excellent to see the skills @DarrellWakelam taught us being used regularly to such good effect. The children were so absorbed in their work and fascinated with the process and outcome. Well done Y1 @DevonshireInf – at Wolverley, England

Our very first Farmers Market @DevonshireInf was a great success. Children were really keen to show their parents what they have been growing. @VicAcademies #socialenterprise #FIDES

. . . or . . . if you're feeling a bit braver, here's a slightly more complex version. I make most of the extra pieces I need by just scrunching up or rolling the masking tape into the right shapes. Enjoy.

Here's a freebie for you today . . . it's an old favourite of mine from way back. I've used this basic shape to make masks, Greek warriors, Halloween characters, Superheroes . . . all sorts. You need some pretty sharp scissors though, so kids will need adult help.
