Seven years ago today our little girl ran out of fight. Only minutes after the fourth assault that week, Emily took her own life 💔
My baby, we would give the world for just one hug, for you to bounce through the door into our arms. We love you & ache for you each& every day💔💗

THEY’VE GONE AND DONE IT 🎉🍾 Rob and a peloton of over 100 cyclists delivered the match ball in 48 hours in a sensational finish to Doddie Aid, raising over £250,000 for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation.
A huge thank you to all involved, time for a well-earned rest 👏

A belated message of support in #BabyLossAwarenessWeek for the #ChangingMiscarriageCare campaign being led by my friend @ShonaRobison. Not only has Shona - like so many other women - gone through miscarriage herself, she was a great source of support to me when I did.

A huge thank you to the volunteers who cleared all this rubbish from the A91 from Dollar towards Tilly today (observing social distancing of course), what a fantastic effort.

Runners: I have seen a few ultra-runners declaring, with 😉emojis, how ‘one form of exercise a day’ can be stretched to a full-day 50-mile run. Please let’s not be dicks about this. Imagine if everyone did that & pushed against the guidelines.

I would *never* use language like this, obvs 😉 - but we could all do with a smile just now. And if humour helps get the message across...

Dear @BorisJohnson, the self-employed freelance community contributed £271bn to the UK economy in 2017 - enough to fund the NHS twice over (via @teamIPSE). And that stat has grown since. Don't forget about us (4.8 million self-employed in the UK). Please RT.

I’m going to take a minute now to RT out some more #Dunblane memory tweets.
Amongst all political chaos, let’s spare a thought for a moment for those who died and for those who were and are still left behind mourning the loss of their children and their teacher.
#NeverAgain
When I was one
I had just begun
When I was two
I was nearly new
When I was three
I was hardly me
When I was four
I was not much more
When I was five
I was just alive
But now I am six
I'm as clever as clever
So I think I'll be six now
for ever and ever
