O vereador Jair Renan, filho do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro, se tornou réu na Justiça Federal do Distrito Federal por suspeita de envolvimento em um esquema de LAVAGEM DE DINHEIRO, falsidade ideológica e uso de documento falso.
O Poder Judiciário aceitou denúncia apresentada pelo Ministério Público contra ele e outras cinco pessoas. A decisão é da 5ª Vara Criminal e foi tomada na segunda-feira (26/10).
A partir de agora, os réus terão prazo para se defender e contestar as acusações. A Justiça entendeu que estão presentes “os requisitos necessários para dar início à persecução penal em juízo”. Jair Renan chegou a ser alvo de uma ação de busca e apreensão em agosto do ano passado.
