If you ever have to help our children in care or leaving care move places, please don't move them with a bin bag. It doesn't give them a positive message. Get a rucksack, holdall or suitcase. The only thing I was ever moved with in care was a bin bag. I will always remember that.
After a conversation today and being told I never switch off, here's the proof that I do. I will admit I'm not good at sitting still but making chills me out and helps my head to switch off from life. My version of self care
