Reminder that you can literally never make everyone happy.
Progress not perfection is the name of the game. ❤️

Don't know you guys but I'd say just ignore those clowns. People will find all sorts of imaginary axes to grind because their so unhappy with themselves and their lives. Says more about themselves if anything.

Ai or not Ai doesn’t matter this was a gift the store was giving out to people they met within the riftbound community while traveling… this shit should be getting praised not criticised by people on their high horse about Ai art
Reminder: We’re a card shop 💜 Creating burner accounts for Twitter beef would require a level of free time we unfortunately do not possess 😭
No hard feelings though. Have a good one. Back to cardboard for us 🫡 😎
A promise is a promise. 💜
Here’s a little BTS of how our very first Doran’s token came to life.
500+ layers and an especially questionable amount of sleep trying to get these ready for #RQLA 🙏🏻
This token started from a completely blank canvas and was built up by hand, layer by layer, by a human.
AI was used only towards the end of the process to help enhance and polish some of the final details. The artwork itself was not AI-generated.
You can see the video for the very unpolished, very messy, very real process behind it. 😂
We also want to acknowledge the conversation around AI and creative work. We understand why people feel strongly about it, especially with how quickly the creative landscape is changing and the impact it has had on artists and their livelihoods.
That was never what we wanted this token to represent.
At the end of the day, we’re just a card shop run by a bunch of people who really love this game.
We made these tokens because we wanted our friends and the Riftbound community to have a little piece of Doran’s to carry with them, a thank-you for all the love this community has given us.
And just to make this clear: we will never monetize this token.
It was made as a gift, and that’s what it will remain. 💜
To everyone who showed the tokens love, shared them, collected one, or simply said something nice, THANK YOU🔥
And to everyone who gave us criticism and feedback… Thank you too. We listen and we don’t judge.🫡 After all, we’re still a young TCG store figuring things out as we go. For most of us, it is also our first time owning a business.
Now hopefully we can put the token discourse to bed and get back to the important stuff…
Set 5: Radiance😮💨
May the Gold Token bless your opening hand, may you dodge your worst matchup, AND may your opponent NEVER have exactly what they need.
See you guys around. 💜

Je pense que ne pas être a LA va me pousser a la depression…
RQLA, we’re sending gold. ⭐️
The first-ever DORAN’S Gold Tokens are making their debut at RQLA, and a few are leaving in the hands of SG players. 👀
They might be Gold Tokens, but they’re flying economy. No business class. No checked baggage.
Just DORAN’S Gold crossing borders. ✈️
Be on the lookout for @LambySeriesGG and @PBJOnePi as they’ll be giving these baddies out during the event.🐈⬛
See you at #RQLA 💜
