Watching 40 buses roll in for our Tyler Talk with Cullman County Schools yesterday was an incredible sight. Our initial focus was collegiate athletes but our mission has broadened & we’re very grateful to share our journey & Tyler’s story w/ high school students across the country. Thank you Alabama for prioritizing & supporting the mental health of your youth. We feel blessed to partner with your Mental Health Service Coordinators & travel across your beautiful state bringing our Mental Health Support Series to the pilot schools! ❤️❤️❤️#mentalhealth #hope #pleasestay #MentalHealtMatters – at Cullman, AL

Critique the Critic
Athletes are often hard on themselves, particularly when it comes to past performances. Overly critical post-performance analyses are often inaccurate & unhelpful. Constantly berating ourselves for mistakes or missed opportunities can rob us of joy & create a relationship w/ our performance that is rife w/ fear. On this episode of Unit3d, University of Arizona Assistant Athletic Director, Dr. Rachel Webb, talks about the disadvantage of being hypercritical & not having a more accurate review of our past performances, both athletically & emotionally. ❤️❤️❤️#hope #mentalhealth #pleasestay #MentalHealthMatters – at Tucson, AZ

#NationalDolphinDay
There seems to be a day to celebrate & acknowledge most everything; today is dedicated to playing tribute to dolphins & how they protect our oceans. Thinking about Tyler & the times he swam with dolphins & know that he continues to protect & guide us too. Missing you sweet T-every second of every day.
